SCOPE OF PRIVACY STATEMENT
This Privacy Statement describes our privacy practices when you visit our Web site at www.meteorsolutions.com (the “Meteor Site”), and any Web site operated by one of our customers who has implemented our “Meteor Tracker” service on that Web site (a “Customer Site”).

INFORMATION WE COLLECT WHEN YOU VISIT THE METEOR SITE
Here are the types of information we may collect from you when you visit the Meteor Site:
Account Information. When you sign up for any of our services (on your own or on behalf of your company), we ask you to register for an account, and we collect certain personal information from you as part of your account registration. This information may include your name, e-mail address, mailing address, company name, credit card number, and credit card expiration date and security code.
Automated Information. We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with the Meteor Site. For example, like many other Web sites, we use “cookies” and obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses the Meteor Site, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, information about your browser software and operating system, the date and time you access our site, and information about your “clicks” and pages you view on our Web site. “Cookies” are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide certain features on the Meteor Site. THIRD PARTIES WITH WHOM WE SHARE INFORMATION COLLECTED ON THE METEOR SITE
We do not sell any information about our customers or visitors to our Web site to third parties We share information about our customers and users of the Meteor Site only as follows, and only with companies that are obligated to us to keep your information secure:
Third Party Service Providers. We engage other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, including sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, and processing credit card payments. These service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
Business Transfers. As we develop our business, we might acquire, or be acquired by, other companies or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets, but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Statement (unless you consent to different treatment).
With Your Consent. We may also share your information with other third parties if you give us your affirmative consent to transfer your information.
HOW YOU CAN REVIEW AND MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION ON THE METEOR SITE

If you would like to avoid receiving any promotional emails from us or notifications about new services we offer, you can indicate that to us from within the “Settings” section of the site.

The Meteor Site may contain links to Web site owned and operated by third parties. We have no responsibility for these linked Web sites, and provide these links solely for convenience. The privacy statements of these third party sites may differ from our Privacy Statement.
INFORMATION COLLECTED WHEN YOU VISIT OUR CUSTOMERS’ WEB SITES
When you visit a Web site operated by one of our customers who has implemented our “Meteor Tracker” service on its Web site (a “Customer Site”), Meteor Tracker places a tracking cookie on your personal computer or digital device and appends a unique user ID to create a unique URL specific to your Web browser. The tracking cookies that Meteor Tracker places on your computer do not include your name, address, phone number, email address, or any other information that is personally identifiable to you. At no time does Meteor Tracker transmit to our customer any information that is personally identifiable to you.
Meteor Tracker collects and analyzes information about conversions, click behavior, and other activity about visits to a Customer Site from your computer, and shares this information with the customer who operates the Customer Site. We may, on an aggregated basis that does not reveal data specific to any of our customers or end users of Customer Sites, disclose or distribute to third parties data about user behavior across all (or most) of the Customer Sites covered by Meteor Tracker. Otherwise, except with our customer’s express written permission, information that Meteor Tracker collects about your behavior on a Customer Site is disclosed only with Customer and with no other third parties.
You should be aware that Customer Sites are not owned or operated by us. Instead, they are operated by third parties who are our customers. We do not exercise any control over the privacy practices of our customers. The privacy of your personally identifiable information on Customer Sites is governed by your relationship with the Customer Site, including any privacy statement that may be posted on the Customer Site. We strongly recommend that, if you have any concerns about your privacy on a Customer Site, you review and familiarize yourself with the privacy statement for that Web site or contact the Customer Site directly with any questions.
HOW WE NOTIFY YOU OF CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
We may modify this Privacy Statement at any time. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Statement, we will post those changes on the Meteor Site. If you have created an account on the Meteor Site, we will notify you of any materials changes to this Privacy Statement by sending an email to the email address that you provide to us as part of your account information.
